Refund policy

We allow returns within 15 days of delivery within the Contiguous United States, Hawaii & Alaska if the product(s) are received in the same condition in which they were delivered.  

All rugs are inspected upon return for staining, damage, or signs of use. Exchanges or refunds may be denied if damage is found. 

International customers are responsible for customs and duty fees.  

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.  

You can select between receiving store credit OR a refund back to your original form of payment. 

All refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the return date, and your bank may take up to 5-7 business days to show up in your account.  

No return will be made if the security seal is removed from the rug.
